Day 1: Amman
Day 2: Amman
Start your day by having a traditional Arabic well served breakfast out of the hotel.
Begin your program with a panoramic visit of the new and ancient city.
Then visit the visit the city center, traditional markets (souqs), churches, and mosques like King Abdullah Blue Mosque next to the Parliament.
Visit the Citadel and the Roman Theater.
Have a walking tour at the Rainbow Street in Jabal Amman 1st Circle, where the streets are lined with many fine old villas dating from the 1920s and 1930s, the preserve of the elite.
Continue to the Boulevard, the new downtown walking area with its modern shops and Al- Abdali Mall.
Proceed to Al – Weibdeh old neighborhood for a walking tour to visit the main highlights and several local Arab art galleries (optional, entrance fees not included): Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, Makan Arts Space, Darat Al Funun, and Dar El Anda, and continue to the National Museum Park and the Paris Circle.
Have your Lunch at a local Amman restaurant like Café Najla’s for an authentic meal, or upgrade on your own expense at Jordan Heritage Restaurant in Jabal Amman; where you can choose to taste the various Jordanian cuisine dishes of each city. Or you can do a cooking class with lunch at Beit Sitti house in Amman. In the afternoon, optional visit of the Royal Automobile Museum at King Hussein Park and tour the modern part of the city.
Back to Amman hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Madaba or Amman
Have your breakfast. Make the scenic journey south toward Umm ar-Rasas. After roughly 2 hours, step outside to walk around what is one of Jordan’s most important archaeological sites. A UNESCO World Heritage site since 2004, Umm ar-Rasas features well-preserved Roman, Byzantine, and early Muslim ruins dating from the 3rd to the 9th centuries. Highlights include several Byzantine churches, notable for their still vivid and hugely artistic floor mosaics that depict agriculture and hunting activities.
Continue to Mount Nebo, a mountain ridge where Moses is said to have seen the Holy Land before dying.
Enjoy the views over the Jordan Valley, and on a clear day, to the Holy Land. Then, enter Mount Nebo church to see its fascinating historical mosaics picturing different figures. Absorb the intricate artworks showing soldiers, hunting, and animals, hear about their history and discovery.
Visit a local mosaic workshop where mosaics are still made using centuries-old techniques. Watch as artisans’ piece together complex motifs from pieces of ceramics, glass, or stone, creating incredibly intricate images.
Move on to Madaba, a city famous for its early medieval mosaics. Best known among them is the 6th-century Mosaic Map, housed in the Saint George’s Church. Upon your arrival you will meet our local guide and he will be helping in exploring the visit of Saint George’s church and its stunning mosaic — a depiction of the Holy Land and Jordan. Admire the detailed renderings of Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, and Jericho, noting the references to biblical locations.
Lastly, visit Madaba’s Archeological Park, home to remnants of Byzantine churches and a 6th-century villa. Inspect the antiquities here, lingering at the beautiful villa mosaic that portrays the four seasons and Greek gods. Dinner and overnight in a hotel in Madaba or return to Amman.
Day 4: Madaba or Amman
Breakfast. Proceed to Umm el Jimal, it is primarily notable for the substantial ruins of a Byzantine and early Islamic town; which are clearly visible above the ground, as well as an older Roman village located to the southwest of the Byzantine ruins.
After admiring the unique ruins, move on towards the fascinating Desert Castles. The region is speckled with 7th and 8th century castles, many within a 15-minute drive of each other, that were originally built by the Caliphs of the Umayyad dynasty as rural retreats and hunting lodges. Hear tales about this powerful dynasty, the first Muslim rulers of the Arab kingdom, including fascinating snippets about their extravagance and debauchery.
Continue to pull up at UNESCO-listed “Quseir’ Amra”, one of east Jordan’s most famous castles. Once a hunting palace of the Umayyads, this splendidly restored edifice is graced with 8th-century fresco showing decadent scenes of nude women, wine, and parties.
Proceed to “Qasr Al -Kharanah”, an imperious 2-level fortress standing in a huge plain. Thought to have been built on Roman foundations, this evocative castle exudes intrigue and displays a rich array of Mesopotamian, Arabic, and Greek architectural influences.
Finally, head for “Qasr Al-Azraq”, originally an Umayyad hunting retreat and once used as a headquarters by T.E. Lawrence, the 20th-century British soldier and Arab Revolt leader perhaps more famously known as Lawrence of Arabia. Wander around the sun-burnished courtyards, towers, and mosque. Return to your hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Petra
After breakfast, Departure to Jerash, one of the most complete and best preserved of the Roman Empire. A walk-through time visiting its streets, theaters, temples and other places like the Great Colonnade, the Arc of Triumph, the Oval Plaza, as well as the Temples of Zeus and Artemis.
Proceed to Petra. Dinner at Petra Kitchen with Live Cooking to learn some local dishes and learn of the Arabic spices and traditions.
Overnight at Petra Hotel.
Day 6: Wadi Rum
After having your breakfast your day will start in one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Nabatean red rose city of Petra, which was carved out of rock over 2000 years ago.
Access the city through its entrance, narrow gorge (Siq) of 1.2 kilometers from there continue to reach the impressive monumental Treasury (El Khazneh), which was believed to hold countless treasures. The first view of the breath-taking Treasury called (El Khazneh) in Arabic is simply impressive. Other monuments you will visit are the Theatre, the Byzantine Church, and the Royal Tombs.
You have the choice to climb up to the Monastery or Altar of Sacrifice, if you still have time, on your own. Also, an optional visit of Petra Museum on your behalf, if time permits.
Return to your vehicle and proceed to the Red Rose desert of Wadi Rum, a unique space.

Day 7: Dead Sea
After breakfast, visit of Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon where the movie Lawrence of Arabia, The Martian and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker were filmed, for a classic 2 hours visit of Wadi Rum in a 4×4 local jeeps.
Wadi Rum is a uniquely shaped massive mountain that rose amongst the rosy-red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish, and golden colors. Visit the local Bedouins for a cup of Arabic tea, as well as free time for a camel ride on client’s own expenses.
Proceed to the Dead Sea via the valley of Wadi Mujib for a scenery view of this huge natural gorge. Optional visit if time and weather permits.
Then transfer to the Dead Sea, the world’s first natural spa and the lowest point on earth. Check in and free time at leisure to enjoy hotel facilities: beach and pool for swimming, you may use the spa on your own personal expense.

Day 8: Amman Queen Alia International Airport
Breakfast and transfer to Amman International Airport to coincide with your departure flight.
