Unforgetable Wadi Rum, 1916 train ride and wonderful Basel and Zaid Tours Safinaz Al-Nammari was very responsive and patient with my many questions. Basel was my driver and he made sure I had plenty of time to arrive at Wadi Rum and have my 4-hour Jeep tour in time for the free train ride which was fantastic and worth the time to see it. I was able to climb the Um Fruth Rock Bridge. Basel's English is excellent and he is a safe driver and I would highly recommend him. It is a pity that the Gaza war has decreased the number of tourists to Jordan and this was Basel's fifth trip since the war started. Zaid Tours and Travel is highly recommended.

Man muss wissen, dass Agentur sich auf dem Plan hält ,aber die wollen nicht mehr machen .ZB extra in der Stadt fahren oder Ähnliches . Wadi Rum und Petra einmalig . One for the bucket list We had an unforgettable experience seeing all of Jordan’s highlights through Zaid’s 4 night tour. Zaid tours made our whole trip to Jordan seamless, convenient and well organised. We were initially greeted at the airport in customs to arrange our visa exemption and were then escorted to our lovely driver for the following days; Mahmoud. He spoke English very well, was genuine, lovely and treated us as if we were his daughters. Our 5 star accommodation at each destination lived up to the hype, with breakfast and dinners included. The food selection was traditional, delicious and of high quality. Our private tour guide Ana’s at Petra was exceptional and passionately took footage for us to remember this experience. Wadi Rum was out of this world, our ufo experience was one to tick off the bucket list. Quasey was very bubbly and had a great sense of humour. We had a wonderful jeep tour with more great photos. Floating in the Dead Sea was surreal. Most of all we felt very safe at all times! We would highly recommend this tour if you want to see Jordan’s best sites. Just remember to exchange cash for tips!

The best trip ever! We have just came back from our trip to Jordan and I can truly say that it was the best trip ever. EVERYTHING was perfect. The people, hotels, food, excursions and of course our guide Mahmoud. Mahmoud was knowledgable, patient (we were always a bit late meeting him) and always in touch with us. He took very good care of us every single day. His car was super comfortable- I had the best naps in that car! And he always had water and he even gifted me with some delicious biscuits after I said they were my favourite.I will definitely come back to Jordan and ask him to guide us again! Please don’t let the terrible situation in the neighbouring countries stop you from travelling to Jordan. The country is super safe and welcoming and they need tourism. I’ve never seen so much beauty like I saw there. Stunning. Go, go , go and ask for Mahmoud!!!!

Amazing private tour w Hassan Alqurnih I want to write to thank you ever so much for my trip in Jordan. Time flies, I was visiting your amazing country back in beginning/mid November. I had bought a return flight and was not sure how to progress from there. I have always in the past organised the travel around myself (hire car/public transport), booked the hotels and planned where to go and visit. However, I asked Zaid Tours and Travel to give me a quote and suggest an itinerary for the nearly 2 weeks I was going to be in Jordan. I decided to have a driver instead of driving around myself as I wanted to see as much as possible and enjoy the scenery, this was the best decision ever. Zaid came back with a very full and excellent itinerary at a very good price, this was for entry to all sites, private driver around everywhere and all hotels booked as well as organising tour guides at some places. A special thanks goes to my driver Hassan Alqurnih, who made an already amazing trip, a special one. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, even down to my favourite Jordanian coffee which he had ready and we shared in the morning before the days adventure. He was the driver, the tour guide, the organizer and more importantly, a friend. For sure he was the one who made the trip very special and felling very personalised. I felt in safe hands, he for sure knows the whole of Jordan and the people like the back of his hand. He was very flexible, from when we met in the morning, for instance extra early at Petra, changed some of the itinerary, have a longer time at the Dead-sea. Also to the point that my return flight was cancelled and I therefore had an extra day, he organised I stayed at the same hotel in Amman, suggested a day trip out and even took me to the airport a 4am. During my trip I got to know the country, it’s culture and people well, through Hassan. He took me to some of the places he liked to eat with his friends and family, these were my best meals and through his courtesy and knowledge, I also felt I got an insight into Jordan and it’s people. We had many of conversation about the tourist sights but also culture, traditions, people, religion and the ongoing conflict in Gaza. He gave me an amazing impression of a wonderful people and their country. Hassan Alqurnih and his family will always be more than welcome to stay at our place if they ever comes to Europa. I cannot recommend Hassan enough, he made my trip what it was and I feel I left as an ambassador for the country and cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastic private tour of Jordan with Mundher Had an amazing time in Jordan on a private tour visiting Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. Mundher, our guide and driver was exceptional, very helpful, always punctual and went the extra mile to assist us with making reservations, pointing out points of interest and scenic spots as well as accommodating our needs. The only downside was that some of the hotels that were booked for us (Landmark in Amman / Crowne Plaza at Dead Sea) were quite dated and did not quite meet expectations for a 5 star hotel. For example, there was no air conditioning in the rooms at Landmark and the non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. Other than that, a great experience and we all had an enjoyable time.

Take a tour with a friend away from home My private tour guide and driver Khaled Alwahsh was amazing courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable while bringing me to and from Amman to the Dead Sea. We made a couple of extra stops and he always gave me ample time to explore as this was a private tour on my own. It was very comfortable and Khaled was a very safe driver.
